At Deep Blue our core focus is on the following specialist services that we have been involved with since the mid 90's.
Underwater Filming and Media Support. We have broadcast quality HD Video, through water comms and HMI lights at our disposal.
We have completed high profile documentaries for major production companies such as the BBC, Channel 4, US History Channel, National Geographic and many other smaller production companies

Rebreather training, supply and support is our core business and we have units available in stock for immediate supply or rental for your training course
**we also run regular CCR try dives in either our swimming pool or private quarry all year round.
Dive boat Charters using our purpose built 9m Offshore RIB 'Ocean Venture' to dive from Plymouth, Salcombe, South Devon or further afield by request.
**Ocean Venture has been designed and built by a diver / skipper (who still dives!!) with 10 years experience in the local area and beyond

Specialist training programs new for 2010 at Deep Blue
Poseidon Mk 6 Discovery Rebreather training now available through Deep Blue. The training course is 4 days in duration and units can be rented for your training should you prefer to 'try before you buy'.
Rich can also train Instructors on the MK6 Discovery unit through IANTD, please contact him for more details and information.
IANTD Advanced Recreational Trimix training also available through the Centre and we are having a promotional offer of £485 to include all the manuals, certification, Trimix, entry / boat fees and equipment hire.
If you bring a buddy along with you there is a further 10% discount available and the training is scheduled for NDAC and Vobster quarries as well as South Coast wrecks from our South Devon Centre
Cave Diver Training September to November 2010 will be mainly in France for both Intro, Full and Trimix cave training, either OC or CCR.

New RIB for Deep Blue!
Rich has designed and built a new Humber 9m Offshore RIB with forward shelter and economical (enviro friendly too!) 300 hp engine to give 30 knots cruise and top comfort with ease.
Ocean Venture has been built with Media projects in mind and as such is very comfortable as a dive boat too. The boat is easily transportable anywhere within the UK and Europe, more details and pictures will feature when our new website goes live sometime in 2010!

New dive centre again for Deep Blue Diving and Marine Services! Deep Blue started off as a dedicated
Tech training and exploration facility in 1998.
In October 2007 we moved into new premises solely dedicated to support the Technical and Advanced Diving community. Due to the success of the Company we are now moving again into 3000 square feet of Technical Diving Equipment.
We keep a large stock of Rebreathers, spares, scooters, cylinders, HID lights and ,much more. Everything is on the shelf ready to go and there is a comprehensive stock list within this website and we completed the move into our new premises on the 25th January 2010
We won't compromise out high standards by trying to be good at everything, our core focus is Filming, deep wreck and cave diving including the pursuit of exciting and adventurous expeditions.

We pride ourselves on our exploration pedigree as this has always been Rich's focus and drive within Technical Diving. We strive to distance ourselves from the stereotypical Instructor's image of 'one man and his van' and our newly constructed premises back up what we feel is missing today from Professional Diver Training.
With over 15 years experience in Technical Exploration and Training we feel there are few other, if any, Companies able to offer what we can, and have achieved since the early 1990's
